Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Will you do administrative work, such as, fax literature in response to a request?
A. Yes, we will send your material so that there is an immediate response to the sales opportunity.  In most instances, we fax information within minutes of the completed call.

Q. Can you help us with a calling list?
A. Yes. We can direct you to list brokers that our clients have used in the past.

Q. Do your callers work with scripts?
A. We initially prepare a script that is compatible for the client and the telemarketer. We learn your product, call as if we are calling from your company and initiate conversations with prospective clients which keeps them on the phone long enough to get you that valuable appointment.

Q. Are your callers hooked to computers?
A. No. We make the calls one at a time. When people deal with computers while they are talking, they are not focused, and in turn not effective.

Q. Why should we outsource our telemarketing rather than keep it in-house?
A. 1)Consider; how long it will be before your person quits, and you have to start over again.  The turnover time is usually measured in weeks, not years.
2)How much time do you have available to hire, train, and manage the function?
3)Do you really know how to set up a telemarketing program? The expense in making mistakes, plus the lost time can be monetarily significant
.

Q. Do you guarantee the results of your program?
A. We cannot guarantee results, because there are too many variables. We do guarantee our very best effort in satisfying your requirements.

Q. How many leads can you get per hour?
A. We do not know how many leads per hour, because there are too many variables to every program

Q. What kind of results can we expect?
A. Every client has a preconceived expectation of results.  The amount of leads given is determined by the nature of the assignment.

Q. What is a Lead?
A. A Lead is a step toward gaining a prospective customer.  It does not mean there is a purchase order waiting at the prospective client's office for the sales representative to pick up.
